Aluminium enclosures
Aluminium is a popular material for industrial enclosures. It is extremely robust and weather-resistant – particularly when finished with a high-quality powder coating. With aluNORM, aluCASE, the global standard enclosure aluKOM and other models, we offer you a wide range of patented solutions. Many of our aluminium enclosures feature a recess in the lid for membrane keypads as standard. Matching internal hinges, external hinges, mounting rails, clamps, cable glands, touch systems and membrane keypads complete the ROLEC range. Plastic enclosures
Whether for indoor or outdoor applications – our plastic enclosures are versatile. Depending on the model and your requirements, you can add membrane keypads, internal or external hinges and other accessories. Various mounting options for circuit boards or other components are already provided in the lid and base. Our industrial plastic enclosures are characterised by excellent design, a wide range of sizes and high protection ratings up to IP 69K.

Polyester enclosures
ROLEC polyester enclosures are highly robust. They are glass-fibre reinforced, weather-resistant and therefore also suitable for outdoor applications. Protect your electronic components with our protective enclosures.

Mobile control enclosures
Mobile control units are also proving useful in industry. Mobile industrial enclosures must meet specific requirements, such as high-quality materials, a robust design and technical features including a battery compartment, carrying strap, cable glands with strain relief and wall mounting.

HMI/Panel Enclosures
In mechanical engineering, HMI panels with touchscreen functionality are used to control machinery. Here, we offer customisable profile enclosures for displays from manufacturers such as Beckhoff, Siemens, B&R and others, in sizes ranging from 12’’, 15’’, 17’’, 21’’ to 30’’. Our designer HMI enclosures are available either in a console design or with a keyboard tray. Our modern profile enclosures, such as the profiPANEL or the multiPANEL, are available from us in customised sizes. The profiCASE die-cast aluminium series complements our portfolio in the field of HMI/IPC panel PCs up to 10".

Control enclosures and command enclosures
Robust aluminium control enclosures, such as aluFACE, are ideally suited to smaller mounting panels from Beckhoff, Siemens, B&R and other manufacturers. Membrane keyboards, touchscreens, knobs, switches and pushbuttons can also be integrated seamlessly. Suspension arm systems
Suspension arm systems such as profiPLUS 50 and taraSMART are extremely versatile. We manufacture support arms for light to heavy loads to suit our HMI and control enclosures. They can be combined with both our enclosures and stand-alone panel PCs from Siemens, Beckhoff, B&R, etc. We offer suitable solutions for their standardised couplings, such as the Ø48 round tube. In collaboration with Siemens, we have developed a 50/48 or 70/48 angle coupling for their Siemens HMI Pro devices with a Ø48 round tube mount. Other manufacturers’ products can also be integrated without any problems. Please ask our sales team.

More than just standard enclosures available on request

We carry out customised modifications to our enclosures. For example, we can offer you bespoke solutions using CNC machining (milling and drilling) or powder coating. Other finishing processes, such as painting or engraving, are also possible. In addition to the development and production of industrial enclosures, our portfolio includes a range of complementary services.
