ROLEC develops and manufactures high-quality enclosures, command enclosures and suspension arm systems. From concept through to production and dispatch. Here is a brief overview of the roles of our key departments:
Our Design department is responsible for the development of new products. This primarily involves design and engineering.
Product management oversees, plans and monitors the professional development of our products from the initial idea through to market readiness.
The Sales department is responsible for selling the products. It responds to customer enquiries, conducts sales meetings, prepares quotations and represents us at trade fairs.
Production planning assesses the feasibility of our customers’ requirements and wishes and plans the customised processing of the products.
In our full-service production facility, our products are machined, colour-coated, printed, engraved, assembled and much more.
In quality assurance, the quality of the enclosures is checked throughout the process to ensure we always deliver the best possible quality to our customers.
After production, our products are packed in the dispatch department and sent to our customers all over the world using shipping documents.

Our enclosures protect sensitive electrical components from external influences such as moisture, dirt and heat.
They are used, for example, in mechanical engineering, at electric vehicle charging stations, in car parks and in hundreds of other applications.

Andre Humke, Head of Dispatch
I joined ROLEC in 2006. At the time, I was working part-time alongside my studies and during the holidays.
I finished school and started an apprenticeship as a machinist in 2008. After my final exam in 2012, I moved to the Goods Receipt and Warehouse department.
In 2017, I became deputy head of the raw materials warehouse. Since 2021, I have been head of the Dispatch department.

I started my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at ROLEC in 2001, completed it successfully and have been working in the Purchasing department ever since. I have now been with the company for over 25 years and am deputy head of department.
What makes ROLEC special to me?
“What I particularly like about ROLEC is the good working atmosphere and the opportunity to work independently, often with tasks that carry a fair amount of responsibility. What’s more, the team is a manageable size, which allows for short lines of communication.”
Patrick Myrczik, Production Manager
I began my apprenticeship as a machining technician in 2006. After completing my apprenticeship, I initially worked in the CNC and mechanical machining departments. When the two departments were merged in 2015, I became deputy head of department.
In 2017, I completed my further training as an industrial foreman whilst working, took on the supervision of apprentices in the machining sector, and was appointed head of department. Later, I also took on the training of machine and plant operators as well as other production areas. In early 2025, I was finally promoted to Production Manager.
